Lean Manufacturing Practices Assessment Case Study of Automotive Company

Abstract Lean Manufacturing (LM) practices have gained popularity as a means to achieve high-quality products while reducing costs and delivery times. However, the implementation of LM can be challenging, with high failure rate. This paper aims explore perspectives employees managers on implemented in an automotive company. The research involved primary secondary data analysis, combining observation, interviews, questionnaire survey. survey assessed knowledge skills, impact quality improvement, motivation, supervisor support, control, engagement development. results highlight importance management commitment support achieving successful implementation. Moreover, study emphasises positive employee motivation overall processes products. PDCA cycle emerged most impactful tool, along other recognised tools like Poka Yoke, Andon, Kaizen, Visual Management, 5S method. findings contribute understanding effects practices, providing insights for companies seeking improvement through methodologies.
